The unit is well decorated with ample space and a four poster bed. Perfect location in a calm area, next to major attractions such as Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and many great restaurants.

The hotel was unique with absolutely perfect and nice location next to main Shops and Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many great restaurants. We truly enjoyed themed room with a real king size bed and CARING staff. We had a special experience.

The breakfast was complimentary and very good, with a lot of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and cheese.

The room with the terrace was stylish and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring a beautiful neo-gothic church nearby.

The design and styling of the hotel was fantastic. But beyond that they seemed to have taken into account all the little details which usually are over looked at other hotels. For example, decent big towels, a large glass for your juice at breakfast, wifi through out the hotel and enough hangers in the cupboard! Since I travel a lot, these little things make a huge difference. The daily aperitivo where they served little sandwiches and drinks every lunch time was great little bonus, really nice touch. Overall a fantastic stay.

The hotel was located in a very central area just off from the tourist crowds. the staff was very attentive from check-in to check-out. - It was a decent base for sightseeing in Florence.

Unbeatable and comfortable location, just a walk down to everywhere. Found in the secure area not far from the Santa Croce which is definitely worth a visit, the central Florence attractions and the airport.

The whole 'look' of the hotel is beautiful. Minimalist. Modern. Chic. It is what initially attracted me to it and I certainly did not leave visually disappointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was quite good as well.

The staff was quite rude. In fact, very rude. They made a mistake with my booking, denied it, and then failed to apologize for it. And, while fixing the problem, were quite resentful. (I did not dramatize the situation at all so I don't really see what the problem was... And it was in fact their mistake.) The rest of my stay was followed with cold greetings. But, having said that, the hotel is quite good as long as your interaction with the staff remains to a minimum. ...........Also.... The floor is the room was quite dirty.
